Diabolical and disappointing.

点评：I was given a voucher for this Spa and I hope my sister doesn't read this review as it was a complete waste of her money! And mine.
The pedicure was ok but not up to standard of other €60 pedicures I've had. I am a trained beauty therapist, I expected to be asked what shape to file my nails at a minimum and even after an hour the Polish was still wet, stuck to my socks and was ruined immediately upon leaving the Spa. This indicates overloading of product or not leaving enough time for polish to dry between applications. So annoying.
The chair was uncomfortable, I spent the entire time tense from trying to stop myself from sliding off it. Therapist was friendly but for the price I was paying for my visit I would have expected to be offered more than a paper cup of water as a refreshment.
The Henna Brow Treatment was the biggest disappointment!!!
€65 for a tint is diabolical. No shaping, tidying!
Again no consultation, straight in with the dye on my brows and I would have liked her to take the time to talk shape, tint shade and whatever needed to be discussed before it began. I have black brown hair and would have liked a much darker tint.
I can't speak to how long the henna stain my brows for but today, 24hrs after treatment it is barely noticable. It's faded to an even lighter brown. I don't like it. They don't match my dark hair. I honestly hope it just fades away completely now.
I used the voucher for my birthday and also paid the balance for these overpriced, sub par treatments in what could be a lovely facility if they just cared more and provided better quality services.
All in all, both treatments I got were rendered useless with 24hrs. Waste of my time and my sister's kind gesture.
Don't recommend. Won't return. Would love to get my sister's money back for this one.

我不知道指甲花能维持多久，但今天，治疗24小时后，几乎看不出来。它褪成了更浅的棕色。我不喜欢。它们和我的深色头发不搭。我真心希望它现在就完全褪色。
我用了生日优惠券，还付了尾款，支付了这些价格过高、质量低劣的治疗费用。如果他们能更关心我，提供更优质的服务，这家机构可能会很不错。
总而言之，我做的两次治疗都在24小时内就失效了。浪费了我的时间，也浪费了我姐姐的好意。
不推荐。不会再来了。真希望这次能帮我姐姐退钱。
