点评:Second time I have stayed here in a week. My husband is working in staffs for the next few mths and we decided we would break up his travel by staying here a night or 2 a week.
Last Thursday - arrived - had booked the presidential suite. It was absolutely freezing - clearly had not been stayed in for a while. After numerous phone calls and visits we had to move rooms.
To say it defeated the purpose of us staying is an understatement.
That said the staff were lovely and so helpful.
Roll on this week - we re back - same issue - heating is not working and we have to move rooms again.
A suggested alternative was that we sleep in a room that the heating was working in and leave our stuff in the room we booked a floor below !
Disgraceful - we re diamond club members stay in Hilton’s all over the world and have never had this type of issue.
Again some staff members Chris for Maintance team - above and beyond - total professional and we were grateful .
But in general - just not good enough and dreadful experience

但总的来说——实在是不够好,体验糟糕透了。
