点评：First Impressions are not always the best way of judging something.
Brockleby's is located in an industrial building set at the very end of a large garden centre car park. Doesn't look overly inspiring but the experience is not to be missed.
Would advise that if you have one take your own piny the more unique the better as it helps break the ice.
The whole experience takes place on the factory floor. The area is cleared and tables set up for you to work at.
There were 16 of us on our course, enough to generate some atmosphere but not too many to detract from what you were being taught.
The whole experience was brilliantly Ring Managed like a circus, stories, history, practical tips and somehow in the end we all managed to produce a passable attempt at a Pork Pie!
Instructions were very clear and demonstrated. Help always at hand if needed.
It was a morning well spent and the results were vary tasty.
