点评：Luxury Escapes have no idea when it comes to TOURS . We booked an expensive 12day tour of JAPAN it was the worst experience ever. The hotels were basic 15sq/m couldn’t even walk around the bed, located near train stations , very noisy & too far from restaurants bars etc. especially when we would arrive each night in a new place at 5pm leaving 9am next day so no time to look around. The guide who gave no guidance could barely speak or understand english which is important in JAPAN & gave no commentary on any of the places. The bus would drop us at tourist locations & we’d be told be back at the bus in 3 hours 🤷♀️ no commentary or guidance, lunch stops were in bus tourist stops offering fast food, which we were expecting cultural experiences not fried rubbish, the towns had little restaurants which would have been nice but we never stayed long enough to experience.The interesting stops were in & out , very disappointing as they would have been interesting instead of the dozens of shrines. Last 2 days we had to use public transport & the guide had no idea where we were going, consequently we wasted time going in circles. This was called the ULTIMATE JAPAN TOUR there was nothing to give you an ultimate experience or any luxury in any way & even though the whole group was disappointed NO ONE CARED about us.
