点评：I’m extremely disappointed in how my child was treated at this store — a place he used to love. He was accused of stealing a bottle of paint, but the item in question was his own, brought from home. There was security footage showing him putting the paint in his pocket, but no one took the time to ask questions or clarify before banning him from the store.
Instead of approaching this with care or even basic fairness, the staff jumped to conclusions and treated my child as if he were guilty — no conversation, no consideration, no apology. What message does this send to young customers? That they’re not to be trusted? That they’re guilty until proven otherwise?
This experience was not only hurtful, it was completely avoidable. We expected better from a store that markets itself as a community hub for hobbyists of all ages. We won’t be coming back, and I hope the staff reflect on how they handle situations like this in the future — with more respect, and far less assumption.
