Concept vs reality

点评：The building and concept is ace! Much more of an experience that a regular cinema. Cannot fault the helpfulness of the team in shift. Polite, friendly and helpful.
However, the seats/sofas where we were sat G13 and G14 were heavily stained and uninviting to sit on.
The food service to the seat is a great idea and in principle should work well. The ordering process is simply, easy and smooth but the food is well below average. We had x 2 pizzas which were warm ish and edible. We have x 1 plain fries and x 1 cheesy fries. They were fried, returned to the freezer and rhe served they were sooooo cold! The cheese had solidified onto and with lovely beads of sweat on top where they had been stood before serving. We did not eat the fries. I did try and get the attention of a staff member, however as the film had started they are not present in the theatre.
Good idea, needs polishing up!
Also the way other people left their seating areas was disgusting! Considering the staff have to clean before the next showing! Shameful actually! Picture of one families area next to us!
