Beautiful beach well worth a visit
Alleynes Bay的点评
点评：Beautiful Caribbean beach.
We tried this beach for the first time this year, having been really disappointed with how stony other west coast beaches are getting, particularly on entering the water, making it difficult to get in and out. This is particularly difficult when the waves are high.
Alleynes has some stony areas but far better than many others beaches in this area. I would highly recommend bringing BEACH/WATER shoes for ANY of the beaches as hurting your feet is a real possibility getting in and out of the sea. However this is less of a problem on Alleynes. The facilities are really good, including very comfortable beach loungers ($60 for two). Which whilst more expensive than other beaches are definitely worth it). There are beach bars/restaurants, outdoor showers and toilets available too. Drinks are more expensive than some other beaches.
Entrance is via a pathway down the side of The Lone Star and buses stop right outside going both ways. I would definitely recommend a visit to Alleynes if you're staying on the west coast.
