点评：This group of four from Canada first contacted Achieve Global one year in advance for a safari that covered UG and TZ. We worked with Doreen via whatsapp. This is a local Kampala UG company. And chose them as they were local to UG which was our starting location. Happily, Doreen was able to provide local TZ experiences as well. Their prices were much less than the South African and other international companies. Our guides (Joseph O for UG and Medad for TZ) were both fantastic. We were able to get to know them both and appreciated their guidance and friendship. The guides were professional with encyclopedic knowledge of the local wildlife and were careful to research unknowns instead of guessing based on our naive “what was that cool bird?”. Doreen prepared a comprehensive 3 week itinerary for UG and TZ. The UG tour included a loop such as Murchison Falls in the north, chimpanzees in Kibale, QE national park, gorillas at Bwindi in the south, and Lake Mburo returning to Entebbe. In TZ our tour included a loop from Kilimanjaro to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Olduvai, Mara River back to Lake Manyara before ending in Arusha. We had selected mid range, and the accommodation was very good throughout with luxury tented camps in some and nice hotels for others. Doreen handled all details, accommodated requests and handled all questions and issues arising. Don’t be afraid to ask for possible add ins, substitutions. Within reason, the guides were able to adjust the schedule to accommodate new whims including a night safari and changing the order of a walking safari based on local developments. This was well scheduled and executed and we have already recommended them to our friends and associates.
