Well organised safari bit were disappointed in our safari vehicle

点评：Doreen helped us plan and book our 10 day safari through Rwanda and Uganda. She was always very quick to respond and it was a pleasure dealing with her.
We loved everywhere we went, everything was well organised and all our accommodation was great. We did mid-range with a couple of budget nights and all had something special to offer eg fantastic views, a fireplace in the room or a swimming pool. All food was great.
Our guide Haruna was very warm and friendly and made sure everything was well organised for us wherever we went. He answered all our questions but sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know and it would have been great if he had volunteered more information…particularly in Rwanda.
Our biggest disappointment was the vehicle we were given. We had decided to go with the safari van and had asked for a photo of the type of van before we booked it and it looked fine.
However, we were provided with a much older vehicle that only had a sliding roof and not a pop top as we were originally shown. This made the game viewing and general driving, with the roof open, extremely hot as there was no protection from the sun.
One of the seatbelts did not work and the windows were hard to open & close. The van was extremely rattley and made it very difficult to hear anything Haruna might say whilst driving.
Disappointing as we booked a long way in advance for what is considered a longer than a average length safari so feel we should have gotten the type of vehicle we booked. We definitely had the oldest vehicle everywhere we went! However, overall a great safari with the gorillas being our highlight.

然而……我们拿到的车龄要老得多，它只有滑动式天窗，并没有最初展示给我们的那种可开启式车顶。由于没有任何遮阳措施，在车顶打开的情况下观看比赛或进行驾驶都极其闷热。
有一根安全带无法使用，车窗也很难打开和关闭。这辆面包车还噪音不断，导致我们在开车时几乎听不到春奈说话的声音。虽然有些失望，因为我们提前很久就预订了这次行程——这趟行程的时长也超过了平均水平——所以我们觉得理应配到我们所预订的那种车辆。但实际上，无论去哪里我们遇到的都是最老旧的车辆！不过总体来说，这是一次很棒的游猎之旅，能看到大猩猩更是我们的最大亮点。
