Worst parking experience ever and no knowledgeable employees including security.

点评：Nice venue but parking is garbage. The website proclaims "plenty of parking for even the biggest events. For best results arrive 30-45 minutes before show time". There is no where near enough parking to house 10,500 people at max capacity. We drove around for 2 1/2 hrs and were redirected to multiple different lots that were all "at capacity", before having to park in a public parking area about a mile away and walk to the venue. Website proclaims "parking prices included in the cost of the tickets" but they had signs up for $10, $30, and $50 parking. Lots were half full after the show has already begun but we were told the empty spaces were only for prepaid parking although, again, the website claims that if you arrive after the concert begins, you aren't guaranteed to still get your prepaid parking spot. Security and the local police couldn't even tell us where we could legally park without being towed away, so we just had to take the risk and pray for the best. I side the venue, the show has already started and we missed half the opening act due to their incompetence with parking. After the opener, a torrential downpour came and we sat getting soaked for over 2 hours with no update about if the show would continue. Will never return to this venue again. Save your money and your time!
