Fantastic Santa experience!

点评：Well what can I say….
We booked this as a surprise treat for our two children - 5 and 7 years old, and despite the weather (heavy rain on the way out) we all had a fabulous time!
We arrived at the car park 30 minutes before, but took a while to get togged up, so did not sign in until 15 minutes before our tour, which was not enough time to drink our very hot drink of hot chocolate, but my daughter enjoyed her mince pie and the freshly cooked doughballs were delicious! So it might be worth arriving more than 30 minutes before from the minute we arrived, the cheeky elf Candy was fantastic with our two. They were having great fun with her after she threw a ‘snowball’ at our youngest. It turned out she was the elf for our tour and she was brilliant: engaging and full of fun. All of the staff we came across were friendly and making the whole experience magical for everyone.
The tour in the mine to find the elves and meet Santa was so well planned and delivered. The slide at the end was great fun.
All in all, we had a fabulous time and the 180 mile drive to get there was definitely worth it. My daughter has already said she wants to come back next year - high praise indeed!
