Always the best service
Hoyts的点评
点评：Staff are always polite, professional, have a smile on their face and are very helpful. Service is always very efficient, unlike local competitors. Signs that Hoyts must have happy employees and hold them accountable to high standards. Very refreshing in this day and age of little customer service wherever you go. Why I always return to Hoyts Charlestown. Love the reclining seats. The Popcorn refills for members and the less hectic environment. No long queues when you have efficient staff.
Only downfall is the current parking situation. Landlords of complex have closed a massive Carpark, for tenants only parking. Leaving around 100 unused but unaccessible to the public car parking spaces. Other parking area is all filled up by 9 am for staff for the Charlestown Square Shopping Centre. So leave plenty of time to find, if your lucky, a Carpark close by.
