Guide canceled our 400 euro trip and I didn’t get a refund

点评：I was planning a trip to Mallorca with one of my friends to go deep water soloing and we wanted a guide. We contacted rock busters and booked two days with them.
I didn’t hear anything from the guide or rock busters until the night before our first day which made planning incredibly difficult. We ended up having to wake up super early to get to our meeting spot just for the guide to cancel due to bad weather less than an hour before we were supposed to start.
(The local authorities put out a red weather alert which means no outdoor sports are allowed)
I then messaged the guide to see if we could reschedule or get a refund. He offered another date which didn’t work so I asked for a refund.
The guide was no help with this at all and said I would have to get back in contact with rock busters to figure out how to get my money back.
I messaged the rock busters team 4 separate times before they finally said that they could not give me a refund for the missed day and could only give me a 20% discount on my next rock busters trip. (The price for the 2 days was 800 euros)
The reason being that they still had to pay the guide that didn’t do any work.
I would not recommend booking anything with this group as the guides are unreliable and their communication is awful.
