A Disturbing Experience at Dolusu Park Kemer – Security Breach and Staff Dishonesty

点评：I am compelled to share a deeply distressing and unacceptable experience at Dolusu Park Kemer in the hope of warning others.
During our visit, my locked locker was deliberately accessed and robbed. My handbag, which contained valuable personal items including jewelry and multiple iPhones, was stolen. Shockingly, it was an employee of Dolusu Park who committed the theft, overriding the locker code to access my belongings.
Despite my repeated insistence that the bag had been stolen, the security staff initially denied any wrongdoing, claiming after reviewing CCTV footage that no one had taken the bag. However, I tracked my stolen phone via “Find My iPhone,” which showed it 40 minutes away from the park. Only after this did the security team looked at footage from the entrance / exit and confirmed that a lady had taken the bag but covering up that lady was their own employee.
Even more troubling, rather than immediately acknowledging the theft and assisting, they tried to cover up the incident, lying to me by claiming the bag had been mistakenly placed in another locker, when the employee eventually returned the bag after being contacted. The phone location confirmed its current location in Kemer park at that time, proving their story false.
This was not only a severe breach of security but also an example of gross misconduct, dishonesty, and negligence. The fact that staff tried to conceal the crime instead of protecting their guest and taking immediate, transparent action is unforgivable.
I strongly urge anyone considering a visit to think twice. A theme park that allows its own employees to rob guests and then tries to cover it up with lies is not a place you can trust with your safety or your belongings. This experience has been traumatic and disappointing beyond words.
