点评:This was a MOST DISASTROUS situation! We saved for YEARS to live our dream of visiting St. Kilda. We arrived, all bookings paid for (travel from Colorado, car, lodging, transport).... only to receive an email FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SAIL DATE - that they didn't have a boat. It also said they hadn't had a boat since April - so how many other visitors did they cancel - and from how far away!! Had they sent notice back in April we could have gotten refunds from plane/car/lodging, and postponed the trip - as they waited until so close, we had already flown over, rented a car, paid 'non-refundable' bnb's, and the trip is about a 6 thousand dollar loss. We made the best of being here, but had to book MORE lodging and make alternate plans, when the whole POINT was St. Kilda. We would have waited... Absolutely devastating. Financially and heartbreak.
