Appalling Traffic Management

点评：Visited for the 2024 Motorhome Show and the Showground itself is pretty good with all the facilities you would expect.
Getting to and from the Showground though is an absolute nightmare. There are certainly challenges due to the road infrastructure but on top of this the traffic management for the event was appalling.
From joining the back of the queue for parking it took us an hour to finally park.
When leaving there was an exit near our car which was coned off, so being good citizens we followed the signs and joined the queue. 45 minutes later we arrived at the other side of the coned exit, which had now been opened and was being given priority over everybody who had been following the signs. So in all another hour to get off the site, then we were forced to turn the wrong way leading to an approximately 5 mile detour.
No matter what event is held here in future, we won't be going back
