点评：⭐️⭐️⭐️ Average Experience Outside Experiencias Xcaret Bus Station– Infrastructure Neglected
Experiencias Xcaret is internationally recognized for the quality, beauty, and organization of its parks. However, there is a clear and disappointing contrast when it comes to the bus terminal access located at the corner of Av. Chac Mool and Carr. Chetumal-Cancún.
This location is used daily by Xcaret’s heavy tourist buses to transport thousands of visitors to and from their parks. The constant circulation of large vehicles has significantly damaged the surrounding streets, particularly near the Chetumal–Cancún highway, leaving potholes, uneven pavement, and poor drainage.
More troubling is the condition of the terminal property itself. The area is visibly neglected: overgrown vegetation, standing muddy water that has remained for months, and a complete lack of basic maintenance. There is no indication of any effort to improve the area or to provide an infrastructure solution that reflects the standards Xcaret promotes within its parks.
Considering the company’s financial capacity and its strong emphasis on sustainability, aesthetics, and Mexican excellence, it is hard to justify allowing thousands of international tourists to pass daily through an area that appears abandoned and substandard.
Xcaret sets the bar high inside its parks. Extending that same level of responsibility and care to the surrounding infrastructure would not only improve the visitor experience but also demonstrate genuine commitment beyond the gates.
