点评:It was my second time visiting after having a wonderful first time at the swimming pool. We decided to return with my dad. Upon arrival the young lady at reception was quite rude and after me saying we were for the swimming pool she said “where are you going?” in quite a demeaning manner. We looked past that. We were then greeted to a group of misbehaving kids in the changing areas who were not supervised. We looked past that. Before getting into the pool we noticed the depth had changed from 1m (our first visit) to 2m. We were confused by this as it is NOT STATED on the website when booking slots. My dad could not join us in the pool as he is a bit nervous of not being able to touch the bottom. We explained this to the lifeguard and he was very understanding and said we could ask for a refund for my dad at reception. He also said it states online when the depth of the pool changes (it does not) so how do they expect people to know this information? A lovely supervisor approached my dad and had mentioned to him that he could take up swimming lessons etc (thank you for your kind approach). We did not complete our full hour slot. We then approached reception to ask for a refund. The two young ladies were still chatting amongst themselves whilst we were trying to get their attention, we then explained what had happened and she very quickly said she could not do a refund (in a very blunt manner). She then called the supervisor over and he was once again very kind and said to offer us a credit to our account. Why couldn’t she mention that? And perhaps put a smile on her face? Your reception ladies definitely need some training. It completely puts people off. And please include the change of pool depth on your website.
