点评:Be prepared for around a 10-15 minute walk from the Umeda Station as there was a bit of construction going on and streets were boarded up when we were visiting back in July. There were no signs indicating which direction to head to ; therefore, it took us a while to locate the right way as we had to locate the Umeda Sky Building to guide us over.
You will need to purchase your ticket to the Observatory on the 45th floor when you enter to the entrance on the right side as you face the Umeda Sky Building. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, then the elevator to the 39th floor to purchase your entrance ticket at the machines. They accept credit cards.
Continue your visit by heading on the glass elevator ride up to the 45th floor for the last five stories. Make sure you get the dated eki stamp of your visit from the Information Shop when you exit from the elevator ride up. Upon arrival it was currently decorated with many colorful Japanese paper umbrellas on the floor and walls.
Continue your visit around the building and up to the outdoor Observatory decks-- be careful as it can get windy. Great views of the Osaka skyline. Notice that the commute hours are not like the United States as the bridges and roads are not that full. Majority of the Japanese people utilize the subway as their means of transportation around!! What a difference!!
Worth a visit up here !
