点评:I was very hesitant to do this walk after reading previous reviews. I have a visual impairment and balance issues (after a brain bleed) and usually I have vertigo too. I'm 57 years old, so was attempting this with a lot of trepidation and the promise of turning back if it was all too much.
We chose a perfect autumn day with clear skies and no wind. Top tip - these are the only conditions to do the walk. There are a lot of steps and I found with my visual impairment, this would have been impossible without the patience of my husband and my trusty hiking poles, as there are no hand rails. The path is very narrow in some places but it wasn't unbearable, even with all my balance issues. The swing bridges were no issue at all. It seemed to take ages at the end of the track to get to the train station, but it's all flat. I have to admit I won't be hurrying back to do it again, but certainly glad I took the challenge.
