Ocean Spa at Candi Beach Resort & Spa的点评
点评：Facials were quite nice, however the 15 minutes whilst the mask set and the staff just sat there could have been better spent continuing with massaging hands and arms or feet.
Communication and mix ups about appointment times was not great.
On returning for inclusion massage, staff were speaking loudly at reception, not welcoming, it was not serene or peaceful.
The massage staff were also loud and seemed in a hurry.
The relaxation massage was anything but, 4 times I had to ask to go softer which she didn't, then spoke loudly in the middle of massage about a scar on my arm, then at the end said she cant massage soft. Also pulled me around quite abruptly.
I addressed this with the manager at the time who said it was noted.
Later I was offered a complimentary massage for the next day, however I was leaving that day.
They need to work on customer service, communications and techniques.
Far better massages at the local shops.
Would not recommend.
