点评：I didn’t know what to expect when I booked my stay at B Bryan Preserve, but it turned out to be absolutely magical. I stayed in the Giraffe Cabin. It was comfortable, cozy, and perfectly suited for my writing retreat. Waking up to see giraffes right outside my window was an unforgettable experience.
Everything I needed for a peaceful, creative weekend was there. I was even able to charge my car (using my portable slow charger, which worked just fine). The ocean is within walking distance, or at least “walking distance-ish” during the daytime, and the people I met were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
One of the highlights of the trip was driving down to the Point Arena Lighthouse, where I caught sight of whales breaching as they migrated. It was breathtaking.
I’ll definitely be back. B Bryan Preserve is a hidden gem. For me it will forever be etched in my mind as a place where you can write, rest, and reconnect with the natural world.
