点评：My dream had always been to sail with a chef (and a lover). As time was passing, it was less and less clear that the latter would be my fate, but I could still make the first part a possibility. As the email from Joy hit my inbox, I was primed to say yes. This trip far exceeded my expectations. The Greek food was absolutely delicious (although admittedly it has always been my favorite cuisine) and the variety for breakfast and lunch was astounding. Dinners ashore were always a treat and I got my lamb chops and octopus multiple times. The relaxing mode of our group was incomparable to other trips I had experienced in the past (albeit I never sailed with just 7 other strangers before). Being on the water, the sun drenching deck, feeling the joy (!) as my fellow travelers were experiencing a similar feeling of delight was fantastic. I will sail again, that’s for sure. Joy, thanks so much for your seemingly effortless planning and making our memories everlasting.
