I made an error in the reservation and caught it within two minutes, called the hotel immediately and was told by the receptionist that because the reservation was made within 72 hours of the trip they emphatically WOULD NOT change the reservation. I will say this again, I caught this error within two minutes of making it and they refused to change it. I can understand a few hours or longer but less than that it would make NO DIFFERENCE on their availability. This is wrong. This is terrible customer service. This is unacceptable. As per the reviews I've read there is something seriously wrong with this hotel's management, their style, the way the way they treat their employees, who then treat their customers badly. They were rude and insulting to me. Don't book! DO NOT stay here as you will regret it. It would have been so easy for the hotel to correct this but it was their decision to make it all a bad experience.
