Really a lovely, clean, well-kept, friendly town, pet friendly also

点评：Very clean town. Well trended landscaping and flowers. Some nice pubic art. Exceptionally clean and green city parks, Creekside and the tiny one next to the Visitor center( no staff, just pamphlets). Dog friendly and, apparently, responsible owners who clean up. No trash, nice grass and shade(Creekside).
No street lights and very poor street intersection signs in most places but some new larger clearer ones here and there. Fairly heavy traffic, especially Cascades Highway Route 20 through town. I was surprised that highway traffic was very good st stooping for pedestrians in crosswalks. Many, many tourist-type shops. Good number of restaurants and cafes, many with outdoor seating. Finally found diesel Number 2 fuel just north of town.
