Perfect first time visit
Eden Hall Day Spa的点评
点评：I visited today with my mum for a birthday treat. I was given this lovely visit on a voucher from my boss.
All I can say the service you receive is top notch, a very friendly and warm welcome from the moment we walked in. Offered a welcome drink and the lady who checked us in was warm and friendly, also the lady who checked us out (a different lady) was fantastic.
Everything was explained clearly to us and nothing was too much trouble. Everything aspect of the spa is beautifully presented and clean.
Our three course lunch was excellent, a wide choice of food cooked and presented perfectly. We ate breakfast in the little cafe and it was excellent, fantastic ordering of drinks on the app which were delivered quickly.
Our full day in the spa 9-6 went by so quickly and was so relaxing. Lots of places to sit and relax and it didn’t feel loud or busy (even though a lot of people about for a midweek visit)
We are already planning our next visit after such a premium and relaxing day, it is definitely a well oiled machine in how everything is run and we cannot thank all the staff enough for such a wonderful day.
The whole team deserves recognition for their warmth and attention to detail, fantastic day and I cannot recommend high enough. Thanks to all the staff who made our visit a wonderful and relaxing time.
