Extremely aggressive and unacceptable behavior by security staff

点评：We had an awful experience today with the man identified as the “head of security.”
When we showed him the wristband from a ticket we had purchased in Malta to travel to Comino (via Gozo) — due to bad wind conditions — he immediately said we had been scammed and that we couldn’t travel, without offering any option to buy a valid ticket.
When we tried to speak to another staff member for help, he started shouting and even pushed me twice. He refused to give his name and behaved in a completely unprofessional and aggressive way.
It’s shocking that such a person is in charge of “security.” This man is a danger to passengers and a disgrace to Gozo Channel.
I will be filing an official complaint once back in Malta.
I have photo evidence of the incident and will provide it to the authorities if required.
I truly hope no one else ever experiences something like this while visiting these beautiful islands.
