Really poor customer service and food

点评：Booked a table of 8 to celebrate my birthday. Arrived at 6:10pm for a 6:15 booking. Warm welcome and seated quickly.
At 6:17 with 4 of us at the table waiting for the other 4 to arrive a waitress came to the table and informed us we had to order as they were very busy tonight. Looked around and saw the bistro was around 75% full. Informed the waitress that we were still waiting for other guests to arrive.
By 6:25pm all guests had ordered and when the entree came out the same waitress returned and asked if we had finished the entree not even bothering to look at the plates that clearly weren’t empty.
Mains came out and around 10 minutes later waitress attempted to clear plates asking if we were finished again.
Thai Beef salad had raw beef, Nasi Goreng had undercooked rice and the seafood linguine tasted like bait had been used as seafood.
I usually have a great experience here and the food is usually above average. Unfortunately tonight was very underwhelming experience.
I would recommend the waitress find another career as she clearly wasn’t a people person and made us feel unwelcome and like we were a burden.
I would suggest management ask staff to complete some customer service training.
