点评:This is my first 1 star review. It is such a shame that a beautiful local bistro with the most amazing views choose to deliver such poor quality meals and service.
I don't take posting a 1 star review lightly and I always ensure to return to any business, even after a negative experience, as everyone deserves a second, third, fourth...... chance. Before posting this we addressed our experiences with management: quality of meals, service, strong smell of cigarette smoke within food service areas (also concerning for staff working in these conditions) reading other reviews it sounds like management is not too concerned about supporting and listening to their local community. Yes we could go elsewhere (as suggested by management) yes we could choose to not sit outside to enjoy the beautiful views so we're not effected by second hand smoke (as suggested by management). And it was suggested (as I'm vegetarian) that when management advertise their Italian night that he will include the following "IF YOU'RE VEGETARIAN DON'T BOTHER COMING). This kind of management/leadership says a lot about the problems this bistro is experiencing!! I hope all their staff are treated well and with the respect they deserve.
The point of any constructive feedback is to listen and get together with your team and develop and strengthen your business around what your main purpose is ..... Customer Service and quality leadership. I hope management start reading their reviews and choose to better support their local staff, local patrons and create an inviting local meeting place for all to enjoy.
