BAD PORTERHOUSE STEAK

点评：Last week we had the Porterhouse steak it was so good, we couldn't wait to have it again.
After renewing our social membership today, everything went downhill, after ordering our food and a bottle of wine, we found that the member discount reduced to 5% on food and drink, the porterhouse steak was tough and very fatty and not cooked as requested medium to well done came out as at best medium rare. to make matters worse one of the plates had a chip on it. (See: Photograph showing fat and the chipped plate on left side). I am not surprised to see that there were only 9 Customers in for lunch up to 1.15pm today. The committee needs to re access it decisions on its membership discounts and what the chefs are producing.
This is the first time in 6 years where we have had any cause to complain about the food that we have ordered.
The wait staff are excellent as always, but the food this time, is making us to reconsider where we go for lunch in future.
It's a pity because the bistro area has been recently refurbished, the chairs are comfortable, tables are very good and sturdy.
