点评：The Edgar Allan Poe Museum is a wonderful place to to visit while in Richmond. You will learn a lot of information about Edgar Allan Poe and see a lot of original works from him. I love the Poe Museum! Best place ever! I have been attending this museum since high school and it has always been a very special place for me. LOVE Poe and had a fantastic time at the Poe Museum learning more about Poe’s life and seeing firsthand relics that belonged to Poe and his family, letters hand-signed by Poe, and images of Poe and his contemporaries. I love this Museum, The Raven is my favorite poem, so I throughly enjoyed the history and preservation of Edgar’s personal items. It was all so fascinating! Don’t miss this museum if you are an avid Edgar Allan Poe or American Romanticism literature fan! The Old Stone House, the display of Poe's belongings and writings, the English Garden with the Poe Shrine was melancholic beautiful! If you love Edgar Allan Poe, this is a must see! There are three museums filled with memorabilia and collectible pieces, and artifacts from his life. And of course the black cats were adorable! So long, July 4th, hello Summerween. It gives Halloween lovers an excuse to break out the inner spookiness, decorations, and treats months ahead of October. This unofficial holiday is essentially a Halloween celebration celebrated a few months early, featuring summer activities combined with Halloween fun! This was a fun experience, and I recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Edgar Allan Poe, or if you're just looking for something to do in Richmond during Summerween or the fall. Totally recommend! It’s BOO SEASON 🐦‍⬛!
