deSPAcio Rubicon Palace的点评
点评：I had concerns reading previous reviews, Im adding to the 'Disappointing' ones.
Stayed here few years back & decided to splash out for joint celebration. We requested a high room & advised of celebrations.
On arrival check in efficient, given room on 4th floor, overlooked building store & branches, got changed to 1033, looked into 3 big palm trees. Now in 5025 which is nice.
All rooms clean (Not 5* clean) would be spacious if they removed 2 x arm chairs.
Air-conditioning in room, not good.
Bedding, shower etc all good.
Reception area & staff - functional, not 5* but efficient
Guest relation - 5* ✔️
Restaurant, Food - Great
Drink service- hopeless ,over hour & cancelled drink, no idea if process or staff but really hopeless
Hotel in general is very nice- not 5*
Air-conditioning in room not good, general areas & Restaurant non-existent.
For me the small issues amounted to a very disappointed stay.
Im still waiting on hotel acknowledging our celebration & to be allocated 3 rooms before we got an acknowledgement on our request is not 5*
I've holiday in Playa Blanca at least once over 20 years, unfortunately the difference in cost to use Rubicon is not worth it.

床上用品、淋浴等都很好。
接待区和员工——功能齐全，虽然算不上五星级，但效率很高。
宾客关系——五星级✔️
餐厅、食物——很棒
饮料服务——糟糕透顶，饮料服务超时，还取消了，不知道是流程问题还是员工问题，但真的很糟糕。
酒店总体来说很不错——算不上五星级。
房间空调不好，公共区域和餐厅都不存在。
对我来说，这些小问题最终导致了这次非常失望的住宿体验。
我仍在等待酒店确认我们的庆祝活动，直到我们收到确认请求之前才被分配了3间房间，这根本算不上五星级。
20多年来，我至少在普拉亚布兰卡度假过一次，可惜的是，使用Rubicon的费用差异实在不值得。
