Bad Service and Beyond Capacity - Two Hour wait after paying $250 for FastLane!

点评：It's sad that some of the best rollercoasters in the world are located here, because the park is a disaster.
Visited Saturday 10/24 with Fast Lane Plus purchased in advance, which they were charging $250 for, and they sold so many of them that the "fast" line for one of their coasters took two hours! Worse, several employees told me the fast lane estimates were being faked to make them look shorter than they actually were.
The normal line was over 4 hours long. They should not allow this many people in the park, everything was jam packed and felt unsafe.
Making things worse, the employees at most rides were running things very slowly. Millennium Force had an extra long line because the employees weren't paying attention and delayed trains going out. Similar at Valravn, Gatekeeper, and others. Only Maverick employees had any sense of urgency, but that ride also broke down causing an even longer line. Magnum is closed with no explanation. Gemini is closed or only running one train with no explanation. Why isn't everything open with how crowded the park is?
Food lines are outrageous, many things out of stock when you finally get to the front of the line, and no one bothers to put up signs or make announcements so that you don't waste your time. None of the drink machines have ice, and when you ask the employees to refill them, they just ignore you. Bathrooms are filthy, seemingly not cleaned at all during the day.
The way they operate the park takes away all the fun. At the end of the day I went to complain to guest services only to find they had locked the door and wouldn't even talk to me other than to say I should submit a complaint on their website.
