点评:This was my birthday present LAST YEAR in July. I’ve honestly had happy tears when I’ve received it so you can imagine my disappointment when they’ve cancelled our flight first time. Weather conditions apparently, we’ve understood and payed extra to upgrade and book another flight. Months later, we woke up all excited, got ready and drove to the meeting point (almost 2 hours away).
On the way there, we’ve received a phone call informing us that our flight was cancelled due to weather conditions this morning (our flight was at 4.30 PM) but due to their poor organisation everything was delayed so we can’t fly anymore.
Dom, a very rude manager, called me upon my request to tell me very sharply that is nothing they can do. He also repeatedly said that no one forced us to book the experience so basically it’s not his problem. Honestly, I’m not sure how he find himself in the management position, but was definitely NOT because of his customer service!
Long story short, experience paid for almost one year ago, upgraded couple of months later so we can actually find a spot, cancelled twice and a manager that is happy to receive payments for a service that is never provided.
One star is way too much for this!
