点评：Awful experience!
The meal started of really nice. The restaurant had a beautiful ambiance & interior, but that was where it ended. The meal came & we both ordered a medium rare steak. When the steaks came they both very well done and when we called the manager over he couldn’t of been more rude!
We explained very calmly about our issue then when we finished explaining he just had his head in his hands, shaking his head?! We asked what’s wrong, which he replied ‘I’m not being funny customer mate the steaks perfectly fine mate this is how you ordered it’ when we explained again and he realised it was the table next to us who ordered the well done steak he wasn’t even that apologetic. He just came over and said how he’s had a long day and it’s tiring when your the only one really working and everyone else isn’t doing much. We just smiled and got back to our food. When we left the building the manager was outside smoking on a vape and gave us a stern dirty look!?! Like we did something wrong? We will not be returning.
