Sad and neglected looking now
Wyevale Garden Centre, Heighley Gate的点评
点评：So very sad to see what was once a lovely garden centre become an absolute hovel. I cant understand why this Dobbie's is so bad. I have visited other Dobbie's garden centre's and they are usually well maintained and stocked and staff are pleasant. Heighley Gate is a large site and nearly half of it seems to be abandoned or neglected. If there had been any evidence this was due to new displays being set up or replenishment activities I would have understood but this was not the case. Even the Christmas display area which was obviously newly set up looked badly maintained with broken decorations on the floor and in the displays plus one area looking as if the staff had given up trying to do a nice display and everything dumped out in a tangled heap. After visiting the toilets and found them disgusting, look like they have never been cleaned in weeks and its clearly been years since they have had a lick of paint or 'face lift'. We decided we didn't want to stay any longer and left without going for food (looking at the uncleared tables dirty floor put us off eating) and didn't spend any money at all. I can only assume this site is close to being closed down for good because the alternative is that the management are so bad they are allowing everything to look unkempt and neglected. We wont be returning.
