We visited Hidden Castle for a day outing, and it turned out to be a thoroughly disappointing experience. First and foremost, this place is absolutely not senior citizen-friendly. There are no ramps for wheelchairs anywhere, and even the toilets are not designed with elderly needs in mind. It's shocking that a place catering to families doesn't even consider basic accessibility.
It’s also not safe for children—the entire area is built on uneven, stony paths with no proper grip or railings in many places. There’s a constant risk of tripping or falling, especially on the steps and activity areas.
The service is extremely poor—the staff are untrained, inattentive, and seem totally lost. The management is equally clueless and careless, showing no interest in ensuring guest satisfaction or safety. It felt like no one knew what they were doing.
The food was below average—bland, low-quality, and definitely not worth the money charged. Cleanliness and hygiene also seemed questionable.
Overall, Hidden Castle might look attractive in pictures, but the actual experience is poorly planned, unsafe, and unpleasant. Definitely not recommended for families with kids or elderly members. They seriously need to rethink their infrastructure, staff training, and basic hospitality standards.
