Online Booking Process is Unreliable and Defective

点评：I am weighing in purely on the reservation process. It's messed up and it may be rigged. Either that, or it's completely unreliable or defective. For PARKING + PASS, the online system opens at 12 am Kauai time. We are on PST time, so 3 nights in a row, I woke up at 3 am to book a spot. Sat at the computer several minutes early, waiting for our date to open at midnight. Midnight came, the date would not open. You literally could not click on the date, it was not open yet at the time they promise it would be. Finally, the date opened up at 12:01 am, and of course, all spots were gone. Same thing happened the two following times - date would not open at 12 am, it was more like 12:02, 12:03 am. I can see this happening once, but it happened 3 separate times. So...time to book the shuttle, which in my opinion is a complete racket to extract more money from tourists. $40 per person. Don't waste your time trying to get a parking pass. Disappointing that the process is so difficult and frustrating but I'm sure they are hoping people will opt to spend way more money on the shuttle. I've read that many people have had the same experience. It's ridiculous.
