点评：We purchased tickets online ahead of our trip. When we arrived, we discovered that the butterfly exhibit was closed, as was the conservatory. We spent only 20-30 minutes walking around outside before leaving (we could have spent less, frankly). On our way out, we commented to the employee at the welcome desk that we were disappointed about the closures. She didn't apologize or express any sympathy, just laughed and said it was noted on their website. We checked when we got back to the car, and yes, we did find a sentence about the conservatory being closed, but it was buried in a paragraph about how they are growing. This was a one-time trip for us; we really had no reason to be interested in how they are growing since we never planned another visit. We paid $20 each for tickets to get in; we feel a little bit robbed! So disappointing! Yes, it was our fault for not seeing the notice, but would it hurt to be a little more obvious about the exhibit closures?!? If you want a truly worthwhile visit to a botanical garden, visit the one at Niagara Falls!
