点评:Visited Larimer Square at the request of my daughter. She had read about it and wanted to see it during our brief visit to Denver. We were fortunate to find parking just at the north end of the two block stretch of vendors. We were there around 3 p.m. and it was moderately busy. You could walk up to almost any vendor and have a discussion, be shown items or make a purchase. The busiest tent was a fancy lemonade stand!
The vendors has littel to interest me but the standing stores were better. Several restaurants and jewelry stores. But the most important part was the architecture! It was beautiful. Most of it 150 years old or more and sooooo beautiful. Craftsmen made them in the old days and they were proud of their work. They created something beautiful...not just slinging up offices.
It is worth a quick trip if you are downtown for something else. I doubt I would go into town just to see this.
