点评:My Vail Senior Pass was automatically renewed for the 2024-25 season by charging me a downpayment without my permission. I called and told the representative, I probably could not ski next season, because of my upcoming major back surgery. He told me I checked the box for auto renewal on my 2023-24 senior Pass application. I denied ever doing so, as I have never liked or trusted using auto renew over the last 5 years of Senior Passes. He responded that I did on my last application. I asked for proof, and his response, “we don’t keep them, they are electronic”. Not only is this deceptive, but he was condescending and rude about it. Worst I have ever been treated by a company that I can recall, all over a $50 down payment! I hate doing business with this company, but have little choice since they own all the ski resorts in the Tahoe Area that I have affordable accommodations for.
