A nice forest walk
Signal Rock and An Torr的点评
点评：We came here for a walk after spotting a sign the day before, and decided to give it a go despite some poor reviews.
The trail is well marked, with little opportunity to get lost. The ground is steep with uneven stone steps in places so walking boots are a must.
There is no view from signal rock, but the walk around the forest is nice enough, and there are some good views down the valley from other points on the walk.
The car park is spacious and free, and there is a pub on the return leg of the trail.
We also followed the trail to the location of 'Hagrids hut'. There is nothing to see here but there are more good views.
My advice here would be to stick to the trail as others have walked through the ferns and turned some areas into slippery slopes when wet.
If you're up for a peaceful walk without the need for a map, and don't mind a bit of elevation then give it a go.
