Likely once great....really poor now

点评：I suspect when this place was new it really would have been excellent.
Great concept.
Unfortunately- poor. We had one of the longer experiences; the lead was really grumpy (she looked like she was having a bad day), the bows for the "unicorn" rusty, lots of waiting around (paid for a 1.5 hour experience- at best it lasted 1 hour 10 mins (at best)), stables (appreciate it’s a working stables) could do with a clean-up.
This isn’t an "experience"- is a ride on a pony for a few mins at best- no music, ribbon, story/narrative etc.
Daughter was massively underwhelmed.
Owner (I assume it’s the owner) tried to make it better when we fed back- invite for a 30min session. She seemed receptive which is good. Revisit not practical given we travelled 2 hours and were left let down. I suggested a partial refund instead (less than 50%)- was told that wasn’t an option which I guess is their choice.
For now- stay away. We will be.
