点评:Had been a year since last visit due to a move. Made Trillium first stop when back in town. Mouth watering for meat lovers pizza. Sorry no longer make that. Ok ordered something else and the white wine for me and beer for hubby. Sorry no longer have the white wine blend they used to have ( tho still on the menu) Decided to try a “craft cocktail” they now make, which is canned and if there was alcohol in it, you would never know. Husband was unable to sample any of the beers he was interested in, because they were only available in bottles. He settled for something unremarkable and could not have a pint, as is only offered in 10 oz, supposedly due to higher alcohol content. Can’t escape the feeling that these beverage restrictions are intentional business decisions to drive profit. How does a “brewery” have such limitations? Not opposed to Trillium making a profit but they’re sacrificing customers and would be wise to try for a more balanced approach imo. Order came and was incorrect. Had to wait while they remade what was our 2nd choice pizza. The pizza we had was very tasty, just not outstanding like the meat lovers pizza used to be. Doubt we will make Trillium a must visit when we’re back in town. My husband has taken it off the list.
