A Memorable Family Experience at the White House

点评：One of the things we really wanted to do during our family trip to Washington DC was tour the White House. Of course, this isn’t something you can just show up and do. It requires advanced planning, security clearance, and a bit of luck.
Our tour included the East Wing and several of the famous rooms we’ve seen countless times on TV and in movies. The tour was self-guided with informational plaques throughout, and Secret Service Agents were present in every room, ready to answer questions. We loved how knowledgeable and open the agents were, sharing fascinating facts and even details about how the First Family lives. We challenged our girls to ask at least one question in each room, which kept them engaged and curious.
The White House visit was definitely a highlight of our trip. It’s not something you get to do every time you visit Washington DC, but it’s absolutely worth doing at least once. The girls loved every moment!
