点评:If I could give 0 I would. Booked a buggy 8 days in advance, paid in full at the time of the booking. On the booking it asks for all details such as age which I stated correctly. Fast forward to the date of pick up and it hit my pick up time, I arranged delivery to my hotel on the booking form as it was free within 10km from the office. It gets to the pick up time and I’ve still yet to hear anything from the company, no calls, no texts, no emails. I wait for 10 minutes to go by and call the company. No answer. I get a call back, it’s bad signal so we message on WhatsApp instead. He asks for name of hotel and booking confirmation number. Then for a photo of my Driving license. I sent this and he replied ‘too young 😂’. Firstly not a very professional look to your business. Disgusting behaviour. Secondly, why did you let me book and then wait 8 days, till after the booking was even due, as at this point the buggy is already late, to then tell me this. As of 2 hours later I’m still waiting for a full refund, any form of apology and the only response I’ve had to asking when I’ll get my refund is ‘soon’. Disgusting company, I’d stay far away. Unorganised, rude and disrespectful. Clearly no idea how to run a company or handle staff.
