点评：We had a truly disappointing experience, as the explanation given by the ticket vendor was confusing and very unclear regarding the cable car schedule and the possibility of walking at the top of the rock, which was our main objective in order to appreciate the view and the landscape at sunset. It really wasn't worth paying more than US$600 (there were eight of us) only to be prevented from enjoying nature and instead being pressured into taking a tour designed for children, through tunnels and enclosed structures that didn't allow us to appreciate the scenery. Additionally, at the ticket office, despite being required to specify an exact time for taking the cable car, which was 5:15 p.m., the schedule was clearly not followed. We were kept waiting for more than 35 minutes before we could actually begin the journey. Even more unbelievable is that they supposedly shouldn't have sold us the tickets in the first place, since it was only possible to go up and explore the top of the rock until 4 p.m., something we only found out later in a surprising and inconvenient way. To make matters worse, when we requested to speak to the park supervisor to explain the situation, her presence was completely useless because instead of giving us clear explanations for the mistakes they had made, she denied that it had happened and even argued that we were lying, even though another employee (at the top of the rock) had already confirmed to us that they had received several complaints about the same mistake in previous days. Unfortunately, the expectations we had for seven days, hoping for the best weather to enjoy the view at Stone Mountain, were shattered by inaccurate information, negligence, and poor customer service from their staff. For this reason, we do NOT recommend that you waste your money on this attraction.
