I am very disappointed with Disneyland Park Anaheim’s customer service and lack of compassion. I purchased a 3-day Park Hopper ticket, but I became sick and could not attend my third reserved day. I am a disabled person, and because of my condition, I can have ups and downs with my health. I was ready to provide a doctor’s note and any other documentation needed, but I received no meaningful support or accommodation.
For such an expensive and well-known place, I expected much better customer service, especially when a guest has a legitimate medical situation and is willing to provide proof. Instead, I felt ignored, dismissed, and treated unfairly.
Disneyland promotes itself as a place of happiness and magic, but my experience with customer service was the opposite. Their response showed a lack of understanding and compassion for disabled guests who may experience unexpected health issues. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience.
