点评:We hiked the Narrows with our kids (ages 14, 12, almost 10) and it was the highlight of our Zion trip! We all wore hiking sandals (Tevas & Chacos), and took our chances going without a hiking stick. We made it just fine, but if we went again I would wear my tennis shoes to cover my feet (big rocks on the bottom) and I would rent a walking stick at the Outfitter’s store before you get in the park (we heard people say you could rent them for the day for $5-$10). Because of recent rain, the water looked like chocolate milk and you couldn’t always see where the rocks were, a walking stick would have helped out a lot! We had out phones in waterproof pouches which was a must! The water level ranges from ankle deep to waist deep, so prepare to get wet.
We also packed snacks and lunch in our backpacks to stop and eat along the way so we didn’t have a time restraint. There were plenty of dry areas to stop and have lunch on big rocks.
The was such a fun and unique hike!

我们还在背包里装了零食和午餐,这样就可以随时停下来进食,因此不受时间限制。有很多干燥的地方可以停下来,比如大石头上,非常适合野餐。
这是一次非常有趣且别具特色的徒步之旅!
