点评：Took a private taxi to reach Mossy forest from Copthrone Hotel .It was drizzling a bit and weather was cool and pleasant. It is advised to carry an umbrella as it starts raining suddenly. . It is advisable to go there first in morning, because it is a bit far from Brinchang and from rest of all other places to visit .Being forest, its good to visit in morning to avoid heat and sun of afternoon or the sudden darkness by rainy clouds in evening, anyways 4 pm is last entry and 5 pm is closing time
There is a Fee to pay for Mossy Forest. For Non Malaysian it cost RM 30 for adult and RM 15 for kid below 12 Years
Mossy forest got its name from the MOSS, mosses covers everything, tree trunks, ground as well as vegetation
It is almost as close as to reality and dream only if you are a botanist or interested in wild vegetation. Otherwise it is just a walk on wooden steps up and down for few scenic selfies. Good to hire a tour guide but if you don’t have any past knowledge of vegetation then this 30 min walk wont help much
You can reach to the highest point of Cameron Highlands and thus of Pahang
